Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, order processing, and technical support.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions regarding electronic products and services.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain service records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated on the latest product launches and company policies to deliver informed support.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or technology sector, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with effective problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for technology and eagerness to learn about the company’s products and services.
