Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking banking clients through phone, email, and chat support.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their accounts, transactions, and a variety of banking products and services.
- Guide clients on banking policies, procedures, and compliance requirements effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for organized record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed on the latest banking products and industry trends to provide effective assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
