Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Nordic-speaking customers through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver detailed and accurate information regarding our products and services to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly while striving to exceed their expectations.
- Document all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to develop solutions that improve the overall customer experience.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to management for service enhancement and innovation.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in customer service or a similar support role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong emphasis on customer care.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to adapt to a remote working environment.
