Nordic Speaking Customer Experience Associate - Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a unique opportunity for individuals fluent in Nordic languages to join our innovative team as a Nordic Speaking Customer Experience Associate. This position is available to work remotely from Greece, allowing you to deliver exceptional service to our Nordic clients from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
• Educate customers about our products and services, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to customer service processes.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to resolve issues effectively and with empathy.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
• A positive, proactive approach to teamwork and collaboration.
