Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to Nordic-speaking customers via live chat, email, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their accounts, game mechanics, and technical issues.
- Promote the platform's gaming offerings while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance overall service quality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Stay informed about the latest gaming trends and developments to provide well-informed advice to users.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the iGaming or online gaming sectors.
- Strong understanding of online gaming platforms and a genuine interest in the industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service software and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
