Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Accommodation Services Specialist to work remotely in Greece. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the hospitality sector. As a key member of our team, you will assist Nordic-speaking clients with their accommodation inquiries and bookings, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to Nordic-speaking clients searching for accommodation options.
  • Manage the entire booking process, including inquiries, reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Offer comprehensive information regarding accommodation facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels and accommodation providers to ensure quality service.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or special requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in the booking system.
  • Stay informed about local accommodation options and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) along with English, both written and spoken.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or travel-related roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to enhancing the client experience.
  • Ability to resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Familiarity with booking systems and customer relationship management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective multitasking skills in a remote work environment.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently while being part of a remote team.
  • A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to help clients find the perfect accommodations.
