Registered Nurse Duties;

Complex care and challenging behaviour

Being responsible for ordering, storing and administering medication

Keeping precise, up to date records

Maintaining the Client's dignity and respect at all times

Required Skills;

Excellent communication skills

Ability to deliver care, without direct supervision

Competent in Medication Management

Ability to follow the Nursing process-Assessment/Diagnosis/Planning/Implementation/Evaluation

Maintaining the Client's dignity and respect at all times

The successful Registered Nurse will be offered an excellent salary up to £18-19.50 per hour(depending on experience)
