As a bilingual (French and English) roadside assistance agent, you will be responsible for providing support to stranded clients across North America. This is an ideal position for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate rates with multiple companies. This position offers the possibility of working remotely.

What we have to offer:

  • Hourly wage of $20.00, including a $2 bilingual bonus;
  • Hourly bonus for weekend work;
  • A night premium of $1.00/hour and a weekend premium of $0.25/hour;
  • A full-time or part-time work schedule;
  • Full benefits package after six months, including: comprehensive insurance (medical, dental and life); enhanced RRSP participation; preferential pricing on insurance;
  • Fully paid training and an excellent support plan as you transition in your role;
  • Work from the comfort of your own home, equipment provided.

       

      Responsibilities:

      • With courtesy and empathy, contact customers who requested roadside assistance.
      • Call providers to negotiate fair and favorable pricing for their services.
      • Keep customers informed by phone and chat during the process.
      • Maintain an accurate documentation of the actions and decisions

       

      Qualifications:

      • Fluently bilingual (French and English):
      • Eligibility criteria:
        • Available to work Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am until midnight; Please note that, as a 24/7 business line, you may be required to work night shifts (11:00 pm to 8:00 am) depending on business needs.
        • For work from home, high-speed Internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space;
      • Ability to multi-task in a computerized environment;
      • Excellent communication skills - You can express yourself clearly and concisely;
      • Excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others - customer service and problem-solving are your strengths!
      • High school diploma or equivalent;

      Training start date: July 13th
