We are looking for a driven, creative problem solver that will be responsible for remotely monitoring and maintaining Voltera’s energy and charging systems and facilities maintenance. Our NOC Engineer will be a vital part of delivering industry-leading reliability by identifying issues and crafting + executing corrective action plans.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Proactively monitor energy and charging assets for faults, errors and/or irregularities
- Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate vendor support to resolve issues within contractual SLAs
- Provide phone support to the customers, vendors and field service personnel
- Collaborate with third party vendors and customer organizations to coordinate issues response and resolution
- Assist in organizational process refinement
- Leverage ticketing system and CMMS to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolves issues impacting energy and facilities related systems/equipment
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
MUST-HAVE:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience
- Experience using ticket and work order management tools (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce, Service Now, etc.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve complex problems
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- 2-4+ years of related experience in EVSE network operations
- Understanding of EVSE technology and system architecture

Compensation ($26.00-$43.00/hour | $54,000-$90,000): Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Our total compensation package includes the base salary and competitive benefits.
