Job Description Position: Senior Solutions Architect (.Net/Microsoft Solutions) Location: 100% Remote (anywhere US) ** NOTE: Must have grown up in the Microsoft Tech Stack using .Net development tools. **Primary Purpose:Utilize knowledge of systems hardware and software to create custom solutions. Work closely with business analysts, customers, developers and programmers and guide high-level decisions throughout the design process. Specific activities may change from time to time.Work with Business Analysts to gather functional requirements at a system levelWork with Business Analysts to determine project scope at a system levelDesign and implement hardware systems and software applicationsDevelop architectural solutions for systems, databases, user interfaces, and web servicesConceptualize software systems to address particular needs for end-usersPitch project proposals to departments, management, or clientsProvide training about new programs to end-usersCollaborate with programmers and developers to determine project scope and directionDecide on the platforms and coding standards to be used in project developmentEvaluate existing software solutions to identify areas for improvementCreate modifications for existing software to upgrade performanceConduct testing to ensure optimal functionalityDebug any errors or issues that ariseEnsure architectural integrity of software solutionsDetermine project timelines and complete work to deadlinesAssign tasks to members of the development teamConduct cost analysis to ensure projects remain within budgetMaintain thorough documentation of systems and applicationsMentor, encourage, and motivate team membersOversee architectural approaches from conception to installationDocument architectural solutions Minimum Skills and Competencies:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
