* The National Prefab Manager will lead sales across the USA for all facets of the CADDY Prefab line and new products. This position is a member of the National CADDY Sales Leadership Team and will play an important role in developing short- and long-term growth strategies.
* Build strong and long-term relationships with national Electrical contractor accounts.
* Draw on deep expertise to educate customers in use of products and coordinate trainings and demos in collaboration with CADDY sales colleagues.
* Direct and oversee creation and implementation of effective market sales plans to drive growth of current customers, new business development, and successful entry into emerging markets.
* Develop sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve Prefab and New Product sales targets.
* Collaborate closely with the national CADDY sales team to execute strategies to generate growth opportunities for the Prefab business.
* Deliver and refine presentations and lead discussions highlighting our benefits and value propositions.
* Actively communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to help further improve solution set and refine message.
* Use Salesforce as a tool to manage opportunity pipeline and communicate feedback internally.
* Location: Will work out of home office
* Travel 50 - 70% within US; regular overnight trips expected due to sizeable region
* Sales Region: USA - This person may work remote from home office anywhere in the USA.


* Bachelor's Degree preferred, or applicable experience in technical sales
* Previous experience in or with
* Electrical sales, prefab sales experience with a focus on commercial sales
* 7+ years outside sales and/or territory management ideal
* Experience working with end user customers on projects
* Managing direct reports and/or sales agents
* Experience with a customer relationship management system, preferably
* Demonstrated achievement in sales and business development
* Strong preference for technical sales and value based selling skills
* Coachable with a strong focus on career growth
