POSITION: National Client Manager/ Senior Project Manager – Building Assessment, Equity Services

POSITION SUMMARY
AEI Consultants has a new opportunity available for an experienced National Client Manager/ Senior Project Manager within our Equity Services division. This is a hybrid role that involves serving as a Reviewer/National Client Manager and performing Equity level Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) on AEI’s Equity Services team.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and knowledge in performing and reviewing various consulting projects focused on commercial real estate, including due diligence, state and federal regulatory programs, field investigations, as well as an understanding of commercial real estate lending and finance, and will have superior writing, report review, time management, and organizational skills.
