Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide critical support to Army and Joint force initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of targeting, fires, and information collection operations, as well as expertise in doctrinal and training development processes. This role supports concept development, training modernization, and integration of MDO principles across the force.
Clearance: Secret Clearance - required - no sponsorship opportunities available.
Location: Onsite - Fort Leavenworth, KS
Salary: $89,300-$129,500
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise on MDO, Army and Joint targeting, and Fires & Effects integration.
- Advise on the planning, synchronization, and execution of Information Collection operations.
- Support the development, assessment, and refinement of doctrine, training materials, and operational concepts.
- Prepare and deliver high-level briefings, white papers, and decision products for senior military and civilian leadership.
- Participate in working groups, planning teams, and operational design sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align efforts with current and emerging doctrinal frameworks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of military experience with a strong foundation in doctrinal, training, and educational development.
- Background in Army or Joint targeting, Fires and Effects, and Information Collection and Employment.
- 3+ years of staff experience preparing and briefing products to senior personnel.
- Deep understanding of Multi-Domain Operations and integration across warfighting functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex operational concepts.
- Secret Clearance - required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting capability development, experimentation, or wargaming.
- Familiarity with DOTMLPF-P analysis and institutional Army processes.
- Experience working at a Combat Training Center (CTC), Division HQ, Corps HQ, or Joint Command.
