Job Details

The Mortgage Loan processor requests, collects, compiles and reviews information to satisfy the underwriting requirements in order to bring a mortgage application to closing.

Have a strong understanding of borrower and lender documents
Complete welcome, status and approval calls/emails to borrowers
Request and review borrower documents
Follow up on credit, title and appraisal issues
Set expectations and educate borrower on mortgage process
Work with Sales, Underwriting and Closing throughout the loan process
Independently manage loan pipeline to ensure on-time closings
Remain current on mandatory compliance trainings
Ability to process conventional refinances and purchases
