Mid-Sr Level Project / Delivery Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client that is seeking a Mid-Sr Level ProjectDelivery Manager in Richmond, VA. Summary This will be waterfall projects in the HR Workday areas, however knowledge andor experience with Agile techniques (Scrum, Kanban, and fundamentals -User Stories- and ceremonies and agile tools i.e. LeanKit) would be needed. Responsibilities Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised and resolved by removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment Effectively create and deliver presentations, communicating project andor product status Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution Gaining consensus from the team and stakeholders and provide constructive feedback to team members. Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog Run and organize team meetings Manage backlog of decisions and 'must do' action items Run and manage virtual team meetings Coordination and tracking development work required by other technical teams Working well with senior leaders on this effort REQUIREMENTS 4-5 years of experience in project management Experienced project manager with recent practitioner experience Ability to manage multiple roll out schedules (store roll out) Excellent communication skills at all levels Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
