We are currently seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Paralegal for one of the world's largest technology companies.Responsibilities: Work as a core team member in the client’s Corporate Development, M& A, Investments function and will be providing legal support on merger, acquisition and investment transactions. Responsibilities will include reviewing diligence, managing diligence review process, drafting documents, coordinating deal approvals, closing mechanics, post-closing processes, maintaining legal records, and other transaction related matters. Will collaborate closely with other cross-functional teams, including Finance/Tax/Treasury, HR and other Legal teams, and external parties.Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant transactional experience as a paralegal at a large law firm or in-house. Experience working cross-functionally and independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
