Overview of Role
We are currently recruiting a MEP Cost Manager to join a client-focused team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-caliber individual to join and strengthen our office.
The MEP Cost Manager will take the project and pull the necessary components together and establish, in an accurate manner, the anticipated cost of the MEP portions of the project.
This position is responsible for coordinating the mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical aspects of the project with other disciplines to assure complete scope coverage. The ideal candidate should have experience in cost estimating, quantity surveying and/or construction management. The MEP Cost Manager should have the ability to identify opportunities within a project that will add value and help successfully accomplish the clients desired project outcome.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
