With instant and keyless carsharing via our patented hardware and software platform and our industry-leading mobile apps, we're helping communities around the world share these underutilized resources to reduce their vehicle footprint while increasing mobility solutions.Getaround's Marketplace Strategy team is the nerve center that sets the direction for our organization and tackles our toughest cross-functional problems. We are looking for a Lead to join our elite Supply Strategy squad where you will help drive the growth and optimization of supply (cars) onto the Getaround platform and execute mission-critical initiatives that will influence the long-term success of our business. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Supply Strategy, this is a rare opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth startup and drive change collaborating with a dynamic and cross-functional group.What you'll do:Project Management / BizOps: Lead critical initiatives to identify and quantify strategic growth opportunities and areas for operational improvements, design sustainable solutions, and persuade and align team leaders. Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Product, CX, and Demand Strategy teams. Analyze Data: Using a suite of data analysis tools, identify key trends or opportunities in the business in order to design the process, policy and product solutions to improve performance. User Experience: Objectively assess the host user experience on our platform and develop empirically-backed recommendations to improve engagement. Business Development: Engage with potential external partners and successfully launch partnerships that drive the marketplace and user experience forwards.What we look for:5-7 years of experience in business development, consulting, or strategic operations roles; MBA a plus.Demonstrated track record of leveraging data for business impactExcellent organizational skills with an ability to identify and triage multiple priorities.
