Job Description

JCI (Tyco) Security Products and its' portfolio of brands form one of the largest security portfolios in the world. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in the US - location flexible. This is a fast-paced team in a high-growth business and a compelling market to work in. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving growth and has a track record of creating innovative marketing programs (ideally security-related) that engages audiences. What you will do He/she will be the lead marketing voice for a line of surveillance solutions, American Dynamics (Victor). You will use a range of mediums as a storyteller to spread the word about our solutions, both internally and externally. You will also attract traffic to our website and use the latest marketing tools and techniques to nurture those leads and help sales convert into customers. Additionally you will work with Product Management to develop messaging and go to market strategy for new product launches. How you will do it Drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities. Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.). Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages and lead generation content (including offers). Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content and social channels. Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers. Measure and optimize the buyer's journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage. Create content (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy) to articulate the benefits of our solutions to the world. What we look for Required Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study. Minimum 3+ years in digital marketing, product marketing and/or product management. Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions. Proficiency in automation strategy in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads and nurture them into converted customers. Preferred HTML/CSS or Adobe Creative Suite.
