Company DescriptionAviationJob DescriptionResponsible for providing marketing reporting to help with actionable insights into market opportunity and trends, market pressures and threats, customer intelligence including audience persona, buyer behavior, channel preferences, opportunity creation and close.Responsibilities include:• Design and develop measurement and performance tracking reports across a mix of channels and campaigns, identifying trends and summarizing insights into weekly, monthly and quarterly updates• Build reports and dashboards in and Tableau to provide transparency into the results of all marketing and sales pipeline activity• Help to implement and build marketing attribution reports in Bizible• Benchmark current marketing activities, performance and investment against historical performance, and industry standard methodologies to make recommendations for investment decisions• Provide ad hoc reporting in response to new testing and launch strategies• Assist in developing data driven strategies to drive marketing forecast and attribution models• Partner and provide requirements to internal/external teams for data integration projects, data governance, and other martech projects.Required Skills:• A solid grasp of the marketing and sales demand waterfall• Super-curious and a lover of how data drives insights and decisions• The authority on our marketing attribution reporting (Bizible), knowing how to build reports that help to provide business insight into marketing strategies• Passionate about finding creative and relevant ways to deliver insights to measure campaign and business metrics that help to optimize revenue• A super user of Salesforce (reporting & dashboards) and Tableau and discoverer of new solutions to enable your colleagues to be more forward-thinkingOther skills• Know B2B, you know marketing, you advocate for data driven frameworks, you have global marketing experience a plus!• Proven experience (3-5 years) working in data and marketing/sales and reporting applications (such as Marketo, Bizible, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, Redshift, AWS or similar technologies) and coding experience for data visualization SQL required• Proficiency across a wide range of marketing and reporting technologies related to integrate, visualize, and analyze large and sophisticated data sets is a plus!• Strong documentation, organization, prioritization and interpersonal skills and work well with people at all levels across the organization• Demonstrate the ability to handle and prioritize across multiple initiatives with a willingness to ask questions and a desire to communicate openly with your peers and managersQualificationsBA/BS degree in Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or related fieldsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
