LRP Media Group is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator. (Hybrid Remote position)

Reviews creative projects for accuracy, offer, pricing and content.

Assists with developing list plan specifications, and list selections in our internal systems.

Utilize our project management system, Wrike, to ensure all assigned marketing deliverables are completed on time, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Be the project owner of marketing efforts, ensuring efforts are being executed, timely updates are being made and all promotions are accurate.

Main contact for various partners, customers, vendors, and exhibitors.

Collaborate with team to understand objectives and outcomes of all weekly status meetings.

Accountable for all steps for supplementary marketing plans, including tracking, review the content, recommendations, promotions, and collecting approvals.

Track promotion costs and ensures accuracy.

Utilize Excel to prepares and update marketing Summary Reports for the team.

Assist manager with routine updates and deliverables that coincide with any promotional efforts.

Assist with budget preparation, analyses, and initial set up of upcoming campaigns.

Position Requirements:
Hold a bachelor's degree.

Have a minimum of 1 year in an office setting or Internship.

Be proficient with Microsoft Excel, including utilizing formulas.

Ability to learn our Marketing software and apps used quickly.

Be proficient in all other Microsoft Products and Adobe Acrobat.

Can work a hybrid remote schedule, which includes 3 days in our PBG, FL office.

It would be nice if you have…….

Experience with Google Analytics and digital marketing systems.

Experience with HubSpot, Pardot or similar marketing automation system.
