You will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who is responsible for the marketing function but sometimes manages other initiatives in the company.Provide program management for key marketing initiativesSupport the marketing leadership team with campaigns and go-to-market plansPartner with campaign leaders to coordinate their activities across geographiesEnsure sales/marketing alignment in all geographiesManage the marketing programs for alliances and industry partnersCreate and management reports as requiredKey Accountabilities/Responsibilities:Program management - Manage the company's On-Time Performance (OTP) program and other key marketing reportsSupport and help manage the OTP boardProgram management of market surveys and other special projectsPartner with peers in the global marketing team and support execution of cohesive marketing plansEdit and proofread marketing copyConduct high-quality marketing research and interviewsCreate PowerPoint presentations to showcase marketing initiativesProvide support in other marketing initiatives that may be assigned from time to timeKey Skills Required (to be successful in this role):Marketing skills: Experience with campaign management, digital marketing, account based marketing, and portfolio marketing.Communication skills: Great interpersonal and English language skills, comfortable in presenting ideas to various stakeholders. Excellent copyrighting skills.Technical Skills: Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, experience with SEO. Top-notch MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills. Experience with Adobe suite would be a distinct advantage.Teamwork and collaboration: Experience working in a matrix environment with global and regional teams. Ability to establish rapport and support from peers to deliver projects, while prioritizing work and managing stakeholder expectations.Independent and solutions-oriented: Demonstrated success in dealing with ambiguity, resourceful, knows how to overcome barriers, proactively finds solutions to problems, has the ability to make informed decisions.Accountability: Get things done, takes ownership and committed to make things happen. Work with peers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully.Project management: Highly organised and can juggle multiple projects with accuracy, quality of work and documentation. Experience with PM software will be an advantage.Flexibility in working hours: Able to accommodate working outside the "usual" working hours of his/her time zone when required, such as global team conference calls, critical projects roll-out, etc.Industry and market experience: Software/solutions/IT.
