In this role, you have the opportunity to

Provide organizational communications support to the leadership team for the North America Marketing, communicating key messages to the nearly 7,000 employees in the organization. Key job responsibilities will include all internal communications, including communications strategy and planning, consulting with top leaders on their communications approaches, written and digital communications, Town Hall meetings, guiding communications around organizational transformation, and supporting employee engagement.

You are responsible for:

  • Using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

  • Regularly interacting with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers

  • Working to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship

  • Gaining expert-level knowledge of company products and services, and may be tasked with introducing new products/concepts

  • Working on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives

  • Implementing strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

  • Establishing and ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong experience managing complex communications processes across a matrixed organization

  • Experience communicating with multiple, diverse stakeholder groups, with proven track record in media relations beyond product PR

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Technology B2B, B2G communications strongly preferred

  • Agency management experience

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to lead internal and external resources

  • Ability to lead through influence and work effectively with senior executives

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams located around the world

  • Strong ability to creatively problem-solve
