We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to join our growing team at Freedx, a fast-growing centralized crypto exchange. This role is ideal for someone with up to 5 years of experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day marketing operations, and contributing to process improvements.

As a member of the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for carrying out essential marketing operational tasks, maintaining accurate data, coordinating campaigns, assisting in short-form video creation, and supporting cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in ensuring Freedx’s marketing efforts run seamlessly and effectively as we continue to scale.

Primary Responsibilities 

Marketing Systems & Tools Support 

  • Maintain Freedx’s marketing platforms and tools (e.g., CRM, email automation, social scheduling tools). 
  • Conduct regular data entry, updates, and clean-up to ensure information accuracy (contacts, leads, accounts). 
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues, escalating more complex problems to senior team members or IT. 

Campaign Coordination & Administration 

  • Ensure campaign assets (graphics, copy, landing pages) are properly stored, tracked, and accessible. 
  • Collect feedback from various teams (design, product, sales) to streamline campaign launches. 
  • Ensure that campaign deadlines and times are being hit 

Data Entry 

  • Input, verify, and manage new tasks in systems like Monday and Jira 
  • Conduct regular audits to remove duplicate or outdated information. 
  • Monitor workflow and work with senior marketing operations staff to improve data processes. 

Reporting & Basic Analytics 

  • Compile weekly and monthly reports on marketing metrics (e.g., email open rates, click-through rates, social engagement). 
  • Maintain dashboards under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring data is accurate and up to date. 
  • Track campaign performance metrics and help identify any discrepancies or anomalies. 
  • Process Documentation & Improvement 

Document step-by-step procedures for key tasks 

  • Suggest minor process improvements or standardizations to enhance team efficiency. 
  • Keep internal wikis and knowledge bases current with the latest documentation. 

Collaborative Support 

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with other teams to gather and share information needed for campaigns. 
  • Support senior marketing team members with preparation of presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up notes. 

 

Secondary Responsibilities 

  • Short-Form Video Content (TikTok and Other Platforms) 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and develop short-form video ideas aligned with Freedx’s brand and marketing goals. 
  • Stay current with TikTok trends, features, and best practices, suggesting ways to incorporate them into Freedx’s video strategy. 
  • Work with designers, videographers, or external agencies to create engaging, on-brand content for TikTok and similar platforms. 
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing key video performance metrics (views, engagement, shares), recommending optimizations for future content. 

Requirements

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, data entry, content coordination, or digital marketing support. Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with marketing tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
    • Basic knowledge of email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data-tracking tools
  • Knowledge of Crypto & Trading (Plus): Understanding of digital assets, exchange operations, or trading mechanics is beneficial.
  • Short-Form Video Skills: Interest or basic experience in ideating and/or producing short-form videos (e.g., TikTok). Ability to stay on top of current trends.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot minor operational and technical issues, escalating more complex problems efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated capacity to maintain high data accuracy, spot discrepancies, and ensure consistent campaign execution.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work with design, compliance, finance, and product teams, ensuring aligned marketing activities.
  • Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication to document processes, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to content development.
