This is a unique opportunity to build something from an early stage. In this role, you will be focused on using technology to create impactful, relevant, and personalized experiences across all sides of our marketplace at scale. You will be joining at a pivotal time, to help us drive retention and growth among our user base through developing high-impact communication channels as part of an integrated user engagement strategy. We want to deliver a world class user experience, and you will be a big driver behind this.Marketing Operations is part of the larger Revenue Strategy and Operations team. We are a cross-functional team of program managers, system experts, and data analysts partnering with every team in some form across Wonolo. If you are an analytical and execution-focused operations expert who obsesses over business challenges, process inefficiencies, and the customer experience, we would love to hear from you!We are remote first and welcome qualified candidates located anywhere in the United States and Canada #LI-Remote.What you'll do:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-impact communication channels for lifecycle, transactional, triggered, and promotional campaignsDrive strategic architecture decisions for implementing new programs within our automation and engagement platforms Partner with our marketplace supply team to help inform strategic initiatives that reduce churn and increase conversion rates in our onboarding funnel for Wonoloers (workers)Build scalable referral and loyalty programs to help drive growth, retention, and advocacyExecute strategic A/B and multivariate tests to uncover campaign levers we can use to more effectively incentivize and impact the behavior of Wonoloers (workers)Use data integrations and insights to benchmark performance, drive continuous improvements, and ultimately increase the lifetime value of our users and customersWho you are:3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations or automation roleStrong knowledge of marketing automation and engagement toolsConfident marketing leader: you know how to execute strategies that incorporate segmentation / personalization, automation, messaging, conversion optimization, and other facets of marketing using web, email, mobile, social, SEM, and SEOBig picture executor: you understand marketing tools from an in-depth technical standpoint, as well as from a very high-level strategic perspectiveCustomer obsessed: you know how to scale cross-channel communications and lifecycle engagement programs to deliver great experiencesProblem solver: you can take a complex issue and break it down into consumable components, drive cross-functional alignment by involving the right partners at the right time, and come up with inventive solutionsYou demonstrate a commitment towards advancing representation and inclusion in and outside the workplaceIf you have read up to this point, we hope you are excited about this opportunity to work at Wonolo!
