Job Description

Our customer is exclusively working with us in recruiting a Marketing Analytics Manager. The company has made a focus on personal security and has stood out in this market by being highly customizable and user friendly to over 2 million users. The goal is to provide the best holistic digital security platform in the market to enable customers to disparate cybersecurity needs with ease. This position will be the driver of delivering data-driven insights to drive growth and business transformation in the Director-To-Consumer (D2C) business.

On a daily basis, this role will be using data in a user-friendly way to communicate results across the company, evaluate the market and advise the CMO and SVP of Growth on best practices for user adaption to drive revenue. Although this is an individual contributor role, this person will be a leader in adding value to the company through data insights. This will involve owning the creation and continuous delivery of a multitude of high level business dashboards across the D2C teams. Working cross functionally with Finance and Analytics to pull data and help drive forecasting and budgeting projections for the growth team which will include both external/internal revenue and customer subscriptions to the product. This role will also add value by using data to analyze performance of new campaigns and making recommendations for future optimizations of the performance marketing strategy. We are seeking an individual with a passion for data storytelling as well, as responsibilities will also include assisting in creating slides for board decks, CEO request, team All Hands and more.

- Experience working within a startup environment

- Familiarity with D2C market data
- 3-5 years experience in a data analyst or marketing operations role

- Proven hands on experience with SQL, Google Analytics, and the Google Suite

- Ability to independently plan projects to meet deadlines and present to C-level executives

- Experience with data visualization with tools like Tableau or similar data visualization platforms

- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills to make recommendations in growth marketing strategies
