Job Description**This position is eligible to work remotely from home but will require a candidate local to the Tampa Bay area for on-site marketing events as needed**Please share samples of your work (portfolio, links to social media accounts managed, content pieces, or published articles) along with your resume.Management of all digital and social media strategies, content creation and copywriting.Manage all Achieva media channels- web, email, mobile, social media, SEM and video.Ability to create custom paid and organic social media digital campaigns and results tracking for all social media platforms.Maintain and monitor online presence and reputation including reviews, listings and location updates and effectively interface with public comments when needed.Ability to create, track and manage all SEM campaigns, paid searches and any other targeted online paid advertising channels either built in-house or by third party vendor.Effectively monitor, measure, and analyze all digital media campaigns and marketing campaign ROI using in-house analytics tools (training provided) and implement new strategies or changes accordingly.Familiar with social media and content management applications such as Hootsuite, WordPress, Sprout, etc.Develop and implement long term digital media strategy in conjunction with marketing calendar, social media calendar and communication calendar and prepare strategic brief, scopes, or plan documents.Ability to research and identify trending topics, target audiences, and new tools to increase online visibility.Develop creative and effective copywriting and content creation for marketing campaigns, product copy, website microcopy and marketing collateral, social media posts, articles, newsletters, news releases and blogs.Possess excellent grammatical and written communication skills and ability to proofread marketing items and identify punctuation, spelling and grammatical errors.Collaborate with marketing and creative team to deliver content that is coherent with brand voice and strategy; provide marketing copy to the graphic design team to ensure consistent message across all digital and print channels.Support community outreach and event efforts as part of the Marketing team.Responsible for upholding all credit union ethical standards.Represents the credit union in a courteous and professional manner.Experience and SkillsEducation Required:High school diploma or GEDExperience Required:Social media marketing- 3 years minimumCopywriting- 3 years minimumProject management- 1 year minimumRequired Skills:Microsoft Office SuiteCommon office equipment including PC computer and 10 key calculatorExcellent oral and written communication skillsSEM/SEO/social mediaTime managementOrganizedCurrent knowledge of trends and culturesPlanning abilityProfessional presentationTeam coordinationJob BenefitsCompetitive payUp to 18 paid days off in the first yearUp to 15 paid holidaysHealth and dental insuranceLife and disability insuranceExcellent 401k programCareer pathing with professional development opportunitiesTuition reimbursementFitness reimbursement programMobile device assistance programFree Achieva Checking Plus account
