Marketing Coordinator

Location: Local to New York City or Knoxville (OFFSITE)

Duration: 6 Months (possibility to extend or go direct with the right fit)

Description: Seeking a Direct to Consumer Marketing Coordinator (contract position) to oversee creative asset approvals between teams. This person operates the tools by which we track project timelines and work management. This role also centers around holding approvers accountable so that all deadlines are met; as such, the coordinator will be a key player in the success of our DTC marketing campaigns by helping to ensure seamless execution of the multi-phased creative development of flat and video assets. The coordinator will assist with the management of other projects and the organization of global assets as needed.

  • 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in marketing, media or an agency
  • Familiar with Asana or other task management applications
  • Familiar with Google Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized, solutions-oriented and diplomatic
  • Some knowledge of marketing preferred

Job responsibilities include:
  • Utilize project management tools like Asana and documentation daily.
  • Act as liaison between networks, digital brand creative, product, digital marketing, legal, copy edit and senior leadership.
  • Run project management meetings.
  • Maintain overall project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met with ample planning time for all stakeholders.
  • Capture and consolidate feedback amongst stakeholders.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders to keep them abreast of project status, timeline, roadblocks and deliverables.
  • Define and maintain the project management structure and best practices.
  • Hold others accountable to deadlines and responsibilities, escalating to manager as needed.
