One of our companies is currently looking for a Marketing Analyst in Lithuania.

This is a fully remote position designed for a data-savvy marketing professional passionate about analytics, trends, and driving growth. As a Marketing Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting data-driven decision-making, evaluating funnel performance, and identifying marketing opportunities in the fast-paced health and wellness sector. You'll collaborate closely with various teams including Marketing Operations, Data Analysts, and Sales to optimize campaign strategies and performance. Accountabilities:

• Analyze internal sales funnels, user behavior, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging products in the U.S. health and wellness space.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales Ops, Data, and Marketing to align data insights with strategic goals.
• Monitor acquisition models and advertising angles to support growth and performance optimization.
• Deliver reports and present actionable insights to leadership and product teams.
• Test innovative ideas and explore new marketing and traffic channels.
• Contribute to various strategic marketing tasks and assist in shaping data-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal).
• Proven experience in marketing data analysis and tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Confident presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
