It does this through a SaaS platform of products powered by Mandiant's unparallel intelligence and expertise that leverage a customer's multi-vendor environment to help them defend against the threats that are relevant to their organization.As a Director of Product Management for Mandiant Advantage, you will work closely with the SVP Mandiant Advantage Products to create and own an effective product strategy, from concept through execution, for products within the Mandiant Advantage product line. You'll be driving business strategy, vision, and associated roadmaps; meeting with new and existing customers; creating leading-edge threat intelligence, security validation and threat detection capabilities alongside our world class engineering, research, operations threat intelligence and incident response teams, You will be gathering feedback from sales teams, marketing & technical marketing, driving pricing and packaging, as well as conducting and evaluating market research, crafting market strategies, and defining relevant product feature sets, user stories, and outcomes for customers. We are seeking a leader to help grow our ARR and capture new customers.What You Will Do:Drive the strategy, vision and delivery of innovative cross-product capabilities and feature sets for the Mandiant Advantage platformDevelop and analyze business metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancementsPrioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined using data-driven researchEstablish requirements and specifications for existing and new products and individual features; comfortable influencing engineering & research organizations to drive new feature innovationClearly communicate vision and goals of existing and new products to both internal stakeholders, the analyst community, and customersLead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of productsDrive cross-functional teams in business, product, design, and engineeringDemonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholdersCollaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needsMaintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offeringsQualificationsRequirements:A minimum of 10 years product manager experience, with a strong preference for experience leading and scaling multiple cyber security products to successExperience with creating enterprise SaaS products, packaging, pricing, and positioning with a subscription modelExperience with build vs. buy decisions, creating OEM and technology partnershipsExperience bringing new products to market and scaling to tens of thousands of customers in multiple geographiesExperience working directly with designers to design and iterate on product featuresExperience with product discovery and validationAbility to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problemsStrong project management, collaboration and time management skillsExperience guiding analyst relations; comfortable representing complex technology innovation narratives to analysts and mediaInterpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiencesAdditional Qualifications:Prior experience driving product management strategy for Security Operations Center (SOC) productsExperience with threat intelligence, SIEM, SOAR or security analytic solutionsProven success delivering feature sets that drive revenue growthAdditional InformationAt FireEye we are committed to our #OneTeam approach combining diversity, collaboration, and excellence.
