Summary:
The Managing Director & Head of Servicing AI Sales is responsible for leading the strategic growth, commercialization, and client adoption of AI-driven solutions across the servicing business. This executive will develop and execute sales strategies, build and lead high-performing sales teams, and partner closely with product, technology, operations, and client stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market leadership. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in financial services and servicing operations with a strong understanding of artificial intelligence, data-driven solutions, and enterprise technology sales.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for AI-enabled servicing solutions.
Establish revenue targets, growth plans, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to drive business expansion.
Serve as a senior thought leader and advocate for AI innovation within the servicing sector.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive new business acquisition and expansion opportunities across existing client portfolios.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry partners.
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract execution.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to position AI offerings effectively in the marketplace.
Client Engagement & Solution Selling
Consult with clients to understand servicing challenges and identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, customer experience, risk management, and operational performance.
Present compelling business cases and ROI analyses to executive decision-makers.
Ensure successful adoption and expansion of AI solutions across client organizations.
Team Leadership
Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales organization.
Establish sales processes, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-centricity.
Partner with regional and functional leaders to drive cross-functional alignment.
Product & Market Collaboration
Provide market feedback to product and technology teams to influence roadmap development.
Support the design and launch of new AI products and capabilities.
Work closely with implementation, customer success, and servicing teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Financial & Operational Management
Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue reporting.
Oversee budget planning and resource allocation.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness and profitability.

Education and/or Experience:
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in financial services, servicing, technology sales, consulting, or related industries.
Proven success leading enterprise sales organizations and managing large-scale client relationships.
Experience selling complex technology, data, analytics, or AI-driven solutions.
Demonstrated ability to achieve significant revenue growth and exceed business objectives.
Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
Deep knowledge of mortgage servicing, loan servicing, banking operations, or related servicing environments.
Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, predictive analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
Track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
