This role is a managerial role responsible for growing and nurturing the Solution Architect competence in North America.Responsibilities: Lead a team of 5-10 reports and be responsible for team in all respects, including the following: Work closely with key sales and presales leaders to build a presales practice that can scale with a rapidly growing organization.Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor in order to better provide support in sales calls, solution presentations, and assist the Enterprise Account Executive with managing the deal Lead the development of complicated solutions thatincludes a diverse number of solutions that drive Wipro's Salesforce's business. Provide input for RFI and RFP responses, includingthe effort estimate, project team, timeline, implementation methodology and solution Deliver sales presentations to the customer in support of the sales process.Partner with the Wipro's Salesforce sales team to drive newservices Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, product owner, SMEs, and our internal delivery team to design and deliver the best possible solution to the customer. Nurture and mentoryour team as they grow their business, and consulting skills. Collaboratively develop best practices and training opportunities. Establish and maintain continuous feedback cycles with Project, Program, and Engagement Managers for feedback on projects. Collaborate with the recruiting team to shape your team and advise ourstaffing team to make sure the right team is assembled for customer projects. Serve as the primary escalationpoint to provide direction and coaching where required. Translate customer business objectives and requirements into solutions and level-of-effort estimates to implement those solutions. Validate technical recommendations against customer requirements and assists with preparing statements of effort.Manage a high volume of dealswhich include a variety of industries and functions. Education and Required Experience: BS in Computer Science, Software engineering, MIS or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience10+ years of on-the-job experience with enterprise-level, cloud-based systems and solutions or web-based system development processes. 5+ years of implementation experience withcom 3+ years' experience in a management position Experience with 2+ industry verticals such as Insurance, Banking, Retail, etc... Ability to take joint ownership of the assigned accounts/opportunities with the Account Executive and lead account management on technical Experience interacting with C-level and key enterprise stakeholders in an advisory Ability to understand and explain related technical issues, and skills related to working and resolving problems in customer Strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries. Experience in custom application development Prior pre-sales experiencerequired; estimation experience highly Candidatemust demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment.
