About the role

 

The Renewals Leader is a key member of the HashiCorp Sales Leadership Team that will develop our Renewals strategy and manage a team of Renewals Support Specialists responsible for managing existing customer relationships and delivering customer happiness. This role is responsible for the account management and renewals process for the complete HashiCorp portfolio of software products.

 

In this role you can expect to

 

  • Lead a team of Renewals Reps that have fun winning together
  • Lead team growth and team member career development including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring Renewals Reps
  • Conduct forecast meetings with your team and deliver a regular revenue forecast to Sales and Finance leadership
  • Coach Renewals Team on strategies that help them reach individual goals and help our customers lead their Cloud Infrastructure with HashiCorp tools
  • Partner with Sales, Technical, Customer Success, Legal, and other teams to drive success and prioritize where HashiCorp invests its resources
  • Achieve key performance metrics and annual goals
  • Collaborate with your team and other teams to plan and implement process improvements
  • Report monthly to leadership on team activity, impact and renewal trends

You may be a good fit for our team if you have

  • Experience in Open Source Software and DevOps business models is preferred but not required, proficient in concepts around Cloud and infrastructure is a minimum
  • 8+ years of Sales / Renewals / Account Management experience preferably within an Enterprise Software organization
  • 3+ years of management experience preferably within an Enterprise Software organization
  • Proven track record of achieving personal and team goals
  • Excellent mentor, writing, discovery, and presentation skills
  • History of success in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Ability to grow business in a strategic manner including new process and initiatives
  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
  • History of accurate forecasting and business reporting
