We have an opportunity within our Strategic Partnership Channel for a Manager, Strategic Partnerships. The position is a fast-paced, rich opportunity for someone to take their experience to the next level. This position will pro-actively reach out to and engage the ISO community to pursue and create strategic partnerships with ISOs, ISVs, Independent Agents and Referral Partnerships. We're looking for someone who is:

Identify, prospect and close new strategic partnerships to exceed monthly and quarterly new merchant application sales goals

Manage the sales plan for generating new strategic partnerships by proactively reaching out to and engaging the ISO community.

Perform the daily outbound efforts needed to generate new lead sources for pipeline development.

Facilitating and preparing timely and profitable proposals for potential strategic partners.

Negotiating partnership agreements

Manage inbound lead flow and pipeline to exceed production expectations.

Maintain strong consultative relationships with key decision makers within sales pipeline and portfolio.

Present new products and services designed to increase individual partner's merchant application count.

Conduct, as needed, onsite partner visits to finalize and/or support ongoing partner needs and drive new merchant applications.

Acts as a knowledge center resource on products, services, regulatory changes, processes and internal operations, all designed to increase new merchant applications.

Identify opportunities, outside of those listed above, to generate new strategic partnerships and drive new merchant applications.

Attend and network with potential partners at the regional acquirers' meetings and tradeshows.

Create and provide weekly sales reporting to Senior Management.

Organize, coordinate and present critical data and information as needed to Senior Management based on strategic direction.

Act as a liaison between the Strategic Partnership Channel, Client Relations and internal departments.

Input and manage all sales efforts and information in (url removed).

Background in the payments industry a plus.

Assertive, innovative, and creative approach to sales a plus.

Brings self-motivation, high energy, enthusiasm and a hunter mentality to the position.

Ability to source and prospect leads and work them through the sales process.

Experience presenting to and communicating with C-Level contacts.

Encourages open communication by listening attentively and actively.

Seeks to fully understand information from many points of view.

Uses superior customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information.

Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings, easily adapting messages to match the audience.

Adeptly explains features, benefits, and technical aspects of the full product line.

Determines decision-making criteria based on priorities; making effective decisions with limited time and information.

Excellent ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical.

Ability to develop rapport with Client Relations and maintain strong working relationships.

Successfully manages customer expectations.

Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.

Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks.

Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.

PC proficiency and strong skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education and/or Experience required for the position:

Bachelors Degree required

3-5 years of experience in sales driven position; experience selling channel partners (ISO, ISV, Agent, or Referral Partnerships) strongly desired
