Responsible for managing and executing CRM strategies and campaigns to achieve organizational business goals and enhance service line growth. Responsibilities include tracking and reporting ROI, ensuring data accuracy within the database, and monitoring the department budget and expenses. CRM campaigns include direct mail, web, mobile and email. The CRM Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the execution and continuous refinement of campaign execution. The role requires an understanding of hospital inpatient/outpatient and ambulatory data and data structure. The candidate will work closely with multiple business stakeholders, agencies and partners to manage from concept to execution to post-campaign analysis. Experience using CRM, digital marketing tools/platforms and other major web analytics tools. Solid knowledge of attribution techniques. Deep understanding of the marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, email service providers and CRM. Results-driven strategic thinking with extensive cross-group coordination, outstanding communication skills, excellent project management skills, creative problem solving and a highly organized, process-focused aptitude to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables.Qualifications
Degrees: Bachelors Additional Qualifications: 7+ years' experience in CRM, SFMC, marketing, digital, advertising, agency or in a high-velocity, high growth product or business unit. Prior experience managing and overseeing CRM strategies and digital. Possesses analytical thinking and can leverage insights and turn them into actionable strategies. Prior success leading integrated marketing with the ability to interpret data. Sound technological aptitude.Proficient in Microsoft Office products and proficiency with HTML and email broadcast tools and services (iContact, Constant Contact),and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. Sound business judgement, strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills and analytical capabilities. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Process-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. Intellectual curious, high-energy, and strong work ethic. Able to adapt in a fast moving environment. Excellent team player, able to maintain strong internal and external relationships.Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing,communications, or business management.Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Bilingual a plus.Excellent communication skills,ability to supervise team members,and work effectively in a team environment.Digital advertising and healthcare landscape a plus.
