As the Business Analyst Manger within the UHC Operations Real Estate team, you will closely collaborate with leaders across UHC Ops and Corporate functions to contribute to the ongoing implementation of the strategic real estate plan. This role is essential in assuring the UHC Ops' real estate portfolio supports business operations. This position is responsible for gathering information on planned business changes and determining the impact on real estate requirements.

The position requires a broad set of skills starting with the ability to collaborate with colleagues in Workforce Planning Management and leaders throughout to Enterprise and is supported by the ability to organize, analyze and interpret large amounts of information in a highly dynamic and ever-changing business environment.

Primary responsibilities for this position include:

• Collaborate and build relationships within UHC Ops, especially Workforce Planning Management and across the Enterprise, creating connections to quickly learn about business decisions impacting real estate needs
• Complete moderately complex analyses by accurately organizing, merging, maintaining and analyzing data sets; interpret, summarize and present analytical findings
• Understand the perspectives of various stakeholders, think flexibly and creatively to make fact-based recommendations and decisions balancing multiple priorities
• Develop execution strategies based on the needs of the business and established real estate priorities
• Communicate analytical findings, influencing stakeholder decisions with fact-based recommendations
• Regularly engage operations leaders to develop real estate support initiatives aligning to overall strategy
• Prioritize, organize and balance multiple demands and competing deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or related function
• Working knowledge of real estate concepts and terminology
• Experience collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
• Proven problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel (pivot table, macros lists, statistical functions, charts, graphs, basic formulas, import/export data)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Tableau and/or DOMO
• Experience in workforce planning management
• Experience in real estate data analysis
• Proven ability to influence decision-makers with fact-base recommendations
• Presentation skills - presenting findings/recommendations to management
• Proficiency with MS Office and PowerPoint
