Join a team of professionals, compassionately supporting Starbucks’ employees as they navigate through the leave of absence and disability processes. Use your critical thinking and innovative creativity regarding absence management to help Starbucks continue to achieve a world-class program. You will lead the development and implementation of leave of absence and disability ideas, as well as provide your expertise and guidance on best practices related to leave of absence and disability. This position features extensive collaboration with key business stakeholders and program leaders to ensure the leave of absence program is successful across the organization.

As a manager, benefits – disability and leave of absence, you will…

  • Lead and direct the successful administration of Starbucks’ leave of absence and disability programs.
  • Manage relationships with third-party administrators, striving for optimized administration of programs; included contract negotiations and renewals and leading new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data, reporting and operations related to leave of absence.
