Job Description Req/Job ID: BREmploying Entity: Transform SR LLCEmployment Category: Regular, Full-timeJob Function: OperationsStore ID: 58850: 850 - NORTHJOB SUMMARY: The Manager, Area Operations Support is responsible for owning and directing district business performance indicators and recommending and implementing solutions to drive improved performance. This position acts as the district management representative for compliance to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and responsible for the communication of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements to the district. This position is responsible for the operational support needs of the district(s) they support and the management of hourly support associates.SUPERVISION:Direct: up to 4 Inventory Asset Specialists Indirect: 14 Member Advocates, 4 Centralized Inventory Asset Leads,JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:• Provides on-going leadership with district staff regarding quality Management System (QMS), safety and regulatory issues as well as asset management• Develops processes and procedures and implementation of innovative solutions that improve inventory processes, and asset tracking to meet the needs of the business, customer, and associate. • Drives operational performance improvements and provide feedback to direct reports and influence to managers in a non-reporting relationship. • Determines information flow by insuring regular updates on variance to compliances in regards to the key performance indicators tied to the district operations• Maintains, manages, and audits systems to control company assets including Sears Smart Toolbox (SST), Trucks and tool inventories. • Sets and demonstrates strong business ethics when interacting with other managers, customers, vendors, and associates. • Leverages ongoing relationships with other business units, including sharing best practices, to drive customer satisfaction and profitability. • Identifies opportunities and recommends solutions to drive continuous process improvement and EBITDA growth by finding ways to improve processes that allow us to identify and fix gaps and compliance misses. • Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates Job Requirements > Job Requirements REQUIRED SKILLS:• Ability to drive solutions that enables the districts to deliver EBITDA goals• Prior management experience with effective interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to develop and audit complex processes• Ability to drive performance and provide feedback to direct reports and influence managers in a non-reporting relationship• Ability to quickly see the big picture and use qualitative and quantitative data to create innovative strategies that move the business forward• Analytical skills to be active curiosity to enjoy gathering and digging deeply into data to identify issues and create effective solutions• Ability to be focused on results and have willingness to do what it takes to get the job done right• Ability to develop and analyze weekly and monthly financial statements • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time• Ability to drive solutions that enables the district to deliver EBITDA goals.#HomeServices58850 Contact Information >
