About the role:

We seek a highly analytical and detail-oriented Local Service Business Analyst to join our team and provide crucial support in due diligence processes. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in assessing the sales channels, customer-level data, operations, and processes related to service delivery. Your findings and insights will be essential in evaluating the potential risks and opportunities associated with business transitions. This is an Hourly Remote position.


  • Assess sales channels by conducting in-depth sales funnel analysis to track the customer journey from awareness (lead generation) to paying customers, and provide an overview of the marketing mix, evaluating its effectiveness in customer acquisition.
  • Analyze customer-level data, including marketing spend, acquisition costs, repeat purchase rates, customer lifetime value, payment terms, and accounts receivables to support financial stability and strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate service delivery operations by assessing team structure, identifying key person risks, optimizing standard operating procedures, and ensuring exceptional service quality for customer satisfaction.
  • Summarize and present an assessment of buyer risks associated with the transition of operations, both in sales and execution, to provide a clear understanding of potential challenges and mitigating strategies.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and business evaluation.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, and other data analytics software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts and business processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
