For additional information, please visit our company homepage ROTECH TO 51893 TO JOIN OUR TALENT NETWORKJOB INFORMATIONSummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Specialist (REMOTE) for our Training department under our corporate division.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as a resource for general training questions Complies with applicable laws and regulations; including, but not limited to HIPAA Performs diligence in securing all company information, including but not limited to company and patient information Support processes that maintain quality standards that comply with company and JCAHO standardsInstructional Design: Conduct needs analysis to analyze gaps and determine performance and training needs Develop, manage and facilitate content to drive the execution of training programs delivered using a variety of adult learning methods including instructor-led (classroom based and virtual), on-demand/self-paced e-learning, job aids, resource guides and blended learning methodologies Develop, manage and facilitate needs based on-site trainingChange Management: Communicate company-wide changes and roll-outs to appropriate divisions, leaders and employees, while promoting and influencing adoption Leads or co-facilitates trainings for all needed departments [Executive, Operations, Sales, Technical, Leadership Development, HR, Compliance and IT] Partner with plan senior leaders to facilitate change/transition management sessions and make team recommendations Research training 'best practices' and advise as to the most effective approach to program design, presentation and implementation during times of changeProject Management: Evaluates training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed Formulate, install and audit training policies and procedures specific to project implementation and evaluation Manage and coordinate logistical aspects of learning & development projects Performs other duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities NoneQUALIFICATIONSEmployment is contingent on Background investigation (company-wide) Drug screen (when applicable for the position) Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from an a accredited college or university in Human Resources, Marketing or related field One to three years directly-related experience in multi-facility, multi-state organization Project management and Learning Management System administration (client-side) experience Moderate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite including Excel and Power-Point Strong customer service backgroundSkills, Knowledge and Abilities Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written, with location employees to ensure questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner Helpful, knowledgeable and polite while maintaining a positive attitude Interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of communication mediums and convey complex subject matter clearly to a variety of audiences Maintain confidentiality and practice discretion and caution when handling sensitive information Make effective presentations to management and employees with a high degree of professionalism Multi-task along with attention to detail Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills Visual graphic design capabilities Work independently and as part of a teamPhysical Demands Lift and carry boxes of materials, equipment, etc. Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking or listening for an extended period of time Requires close vision to small print on computer and or paperwork for an extended period of timeMachines, Equipment and Technical Abilities Adobe Creative Suite Email transmission and communication Internet navigation and research Learning Management System administration (client-side) Microsoft applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power-Point, etc. Office equipment; fax machine, copier, printer, phone and computerWork Environment Office environment Some overnight travelROTECH INFORMATIONBenefits 401k Medical, Dental and Vision Life Insurance and Disability Generous Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Bonus and Incentive Opportunities (Non-Exempt and Exempt) Mileage reimbursement (when applicable for the position) Telephone reimbursement (when applicable for the position) Make the Right Move, Create your Profile and Submit your Resume TODAY!!
