The Learning and Development Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to develop content for customers and employees. They will be responsible for measuring and the effectiveness of training materials by conducting regular analysis and reporting and communicating the results to leadership. ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver effective training content across multiple channels, including online, instructor-led, written instructions, and visual guides.Create online quizzes, tests, and assessments to support the development of our certification program.Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align on training objectives, audience, and desired outcomes.Collaborate with subject matter experts to revise and enhance existing training materials to ensure effective delivery. Write, edit, and proof content for the online knowledge base.Write internal and external communications to announce and drive engagement for new and existing training modules and certifications.Create and manage online guided tours based on customer usage and feature adoption.Analyze and report on post-training surveys to measure learning effectiveness. Manage and administer learning content developed in the Learning Management System (LMS)QualificationsA bachelor's degree in education, communications, or marketing, or equivalent B2B SaaS experience.eLearning, instructional design, or training experience is preferred.3+ years of relevant work experience designing and creating educational content. Samples of published work or creative content will be requested.Excellent verbal & written communication skills are required - must have experience writing engaging content and possess exceptional editing and proofreading skills. Experience using audio/visual software such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.Experience using graphic design production software such as Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, or InDesign.Experience managing LMS software such as SkillJar, Docebo, or Adobe Captivate.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Able to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal stakeholders.Exceptional attention to detail and drive for consistency.Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.#LI-RemoteConversica is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
