Lead User Experience Designer - Customer Digital Experience
As the Lead User Experience Designer, reporting to the Principal of Customer Digital Experience, you will partner with Alteryx Customer Service and Support Leadership to support and help drive the execution of the vision and roadmap for the new MyAlteryx Customer Portal. Leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning you will help deliver a personalized, omnichannel customer experience that enables Alteryx customers to mature their analytics practice and achieve their business outcomes using Alteryx products. Lead user experience design aspects on projects to improve the Customer Digital Experience
Create user-centered designs that drive engagement by leveraging industry best practice, market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, developers, and designers to help define project goals, requirements, and user stories
Create and maintain customer user personas, processes, journey maps, empathy maps, and story maps
Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes
Collaborate in the definition of a visual design system for a consistent look and feel following branding
Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences
Measure digital experience design performance and iterate to optimize those experiences
7+ years' experience in UX/UI design
Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Interface Design, Computer Science, or a related field
Demonstrated experience with creating measurably effective digital experiences from concept to production that led to positive business outcomes
Strong knowledge of user experience design, information architecture, usability principles and techniques
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin or the Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, digital standards, behaviors, and limitations
Experience with implementing responsive/adaptive web designs
Experience working with the Salesforce platform, especially Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Community and Lightning
Working knowledge of business intelligence, web analytics, product analytics, and machine learning
Demonstrated analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and deadlines
