Position Summary As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible to create computer systems and data visualization solutions to improve business processes. This role will include tasks such as generating Tableau dashboard reports, creating business intelligence reports and visualizations, and work with developers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities + Design, develop, conducts unit testing, and maintains complex Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use. + Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation. + Determine the best implementation that will meet the design of the architect. + Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team. + Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations. + Ensure consistency by adhering to a set of software coding and style guides. + Resolve support tickets related to Tableau reports Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) + Project management + Collaborative + Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools. + Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.) + Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture. Education And / Or Experience + 2+ years of experience in Tableau + Tableau Desktop Certified Professional + Degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems, or related field.
