Lead Software Engineer/Architect (JavaScript, React, AWS, REST API's)

This is starting out as a 12mo contract role with one of the largest and cutting edge advertising companies around the globe with 25 markets in 95 countries! Cloud based integration with 3rd party APIrsquos that are scalable (cloudAWS Lambda) Tech stack JavaScript, React, REST APIrsquos and AWS Sr. Engineer with 1 year of Lead experience (doesnrsquot have to be in the title). Technically strong enough to do some design and architecture. Strong communication skills In this role you will Consult with clients and architect custom software solutions Work with the team to set clear goals, and deliver against them Prevent roadblocks for the team Be a great mentor for your team while still managing to be a hands-on coder Lead development of JavaScript backend API applications Lead API creation and database management Partner with project manager to keep team delivering on projects You should have Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Javascript development experience Hands-on experience working with AWS or other cloud infrastructure Experience with PHP, MySQL and REST APIs Experience creating a highly scalable API 1+ years of experience leading an engineering team
