As a Lead Product Manager, you will play an important role in working on the Product Platform team that owns all the services related to employee data. This team works closely with all of our product teams to deeply understand their and our customer needs. The team builds APIs and services that product teams at Lattice use to build solutions and work to provide mission-critical access management and foundational user-facing features across a broad, employee-adjacent domain. In this role, you'll own the platform-wide initiatives related to employee data including our, employee pages, identity data, user attributes, technical and design initiatives, and more. The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $130,000 - $203,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans
