What You Will Do

As a Lead Product Manager, you will play an important role in working on the Product Platform team that owns all the services related to employee data. This team works closely with all of our product teams to deeply understand their and our customer needs. The team builds APIs and services that product teams at Lattice use to build solutions and work to provide mission-critical access management and foundational user-facing features across a broad, employee-adjacent domain. In this role, you'll own the platform-wide initiatives related to employee data including our, employee pages, identity data, user attributes, technical and design initiatives, and more. These foundations create a common and unified experience across our breadth of products. In this role, you will also:

• Develop a multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for your focus area and drive execution.
• Support and inspire your team to do the same as they define, plan, and prioritize our product work.
• Partner with leadership across our Engineering, Product, and Design organizations to ensure we are developing our platform on common primitives with high degrees of product interoperability
• Form strong cross-functional relationships across the organization including with our Go-to-market partners
• Deliver on product and business goals
• Help define and execute a product vision and strategy, and be able to break a larger vision into discrete projects
• Synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
• Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business

What You Will Bring to the Table

We are looking for someone who has an interest in working on a platform and a combination of the following:

• Proven track record of supporting high-performing teams with a track record of developing products with best-in-class customer experiences
• 6+ years of progressive experience in product management
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a talent for succinctly articulating customer challenges
• Employee-focus: you care deeply about the people on your team, helping them to achieve their personal and professional goals, and enabling them to do their best work.
• Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done—and then doing it.
• You have experience overseeing the product decision-making process across multiple teams.
• Preferably, you have professional experience with multi-product, B2B SaaS applications

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $130,000 - $203,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans
