Job Description Lead HelpDesk Technician Utah County Contract to Hire Contract Rate 41 - 46hr Target Salary 75-85k DOE Our client is looking for a lead helpdesk technician to join their team. In this role you will oversee two other HelpDesk technicians, ensure all systems, hardware, software is supported, track ticket resolutions and drive superior customer service in all tasks.
