Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and customer-focused Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing Business Development team. This role is critical to driving new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, relationship-building, and pipeline development.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing them to our language solutions and identifying business opportunities for our sales team. Your ability to engage decision-makers, ask the right questions, and generate qualified meetings will directly contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and outreach activities to generate and qualify new B2B opportunities.

· Identify decision-makers and introduce Interprenet’s language solutions and services.

· Pre-qualify leads by understanding company needs, current processes, budgets, timelines, and potential fit.

· Schedule meetings and transfer qualified opportunities to Account Executives and Sales Managers for follow-up.

· Maintain consistent communication with prospects through nurturing and follow-up activities.

· Research and enrich lead information including company size, industry, contact details, and organizational structure.

· Maintain accurate and organized CRM records within HubSpot and Zoho.

· Monitor, clean, and update lead databases to ensure high-quality data integrity.

· Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach campaigns, messaging, and lead quality.

· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and qualification targets.

· Provide feedback and recommendations to improve lead generation processes and business development strategies.


What We’re Looking For

· 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service, or business development (B2B experience preferred).

· Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging senior-level professionals.

· Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to professionally handle objections and rejection.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Zoho CRM.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

· Detail-oriented with strong data entry and lead management capabilities.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing organization.

· Experience in professional services, legal services, healthcare, SaaS, or language services is a plus.

· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
