Lead Drupal Developersalso known as Technical Architectsdeliver world-class open source solutions built with Drupal, WordPress, PHP, static site generators or anything else that serves our clients. Technical Architects work closely with clients, strategists, designers, developers, and project leadership. You can go home at the end of the day knowing you used your energy and skills for something you can be proud of.Check out what some members of our Dev team have to say: You'll Spend Your Time: Writing code for complicated problems (about 50% of your time) Spec'ing and estimating work for other developers Conducting code reviews and providing mentorship to other developers Collaborating with the Strategy and Design teams to develop site architectures and implementation plans Creating estimates for upcoming projects Helping the project manager keep projects on track Identifying new technologies and development practices Potential growth areas in this job: sales, account management, process improvement, developer management, etc. What We're Looking For: Experience as a tech lead for development teams Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders Experience developing with Drupal. WordPress experience is a plus Ability to come up with practical technical solutions to real-world problems Interest in improving your skills and those of your colleagues BenefitsThe Fine PrintOur home office is in Portland, OR. Due to COVID-19, our office will remain closed at least through Summer 2021 and our entire team is working remotely. We welcome applications from candidates across the country. About 20% of us are full-time remote and we welcome more full-time remote employees. We work hard to maintain 40hr work weeks, and we're committed to supporting flexible schedules.The salary band for this position is $95-135k.
