The Lead, AI Workforce Strategy & Transformation is a pivotal enterprise transformation role at the intersection of Human Resources, workforce transformation, and enterprise AI adoption.
Reporting to VP of Human Resources and serving as a key partner to the Chief AI Officer, this individual is responsible for helping the organization navigate the workforce, workflow, and organizational implications of AI adoption across the enterprise. Working in close partnership with HRBPs, HR Centers of Excellence, and business leadership teams, the Lead will help shape how AI transforms work across functions including R&D, engineering, manufacturing, commercial, corporate operations, and HR.
This role will serve as an internal consultant and strategic advisor to the business, partnering with leaders to redesign workflows, improve enterprise AI fluency, evolve workforce strategies, and embed AI-enabled ways of working into the organization. The role will work across both enterprise functions and HR, helping leaders identify opportunities to redesign work, improve productivity, and integrate AI-enabled ways of working into business and people processes. The Lead will help ensure the people strategy is both a driver and an enabler of the enterprise's AI ambitions.

We are seeking a strategic enterprise influencer who operates at the intersection of workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and AI enablement. This individual will help shape how AI transforms work across Agilent by partnering with business leaders to redesign workflows, evolve workforce capabilities, and drive adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.

Ability to synthesize workforce, organizational, technology, and business dynamics into actionable insights and recommendations. Applies structured thinking to connect AI capabilities, workforce implications, and business priorities, helping leaders make informed decisions that improve organizational effectiveness and business outcomes.
Transformation Leadership & Change Enablement
Demonstrated ability to lead complex transformation initiatives through influence rather than authority. Brings a track record of helping organizations navigate change, challenge legacy ways of working, and adopt new approaches that improve productivity, effectiveness, and workforce readiness.
Organizational Consulting & Workforce Transformation
Strong capability in workforce planning, organizational design, capability development, and workforce transformation. Helps leaders assess the impact of emerging technologies on roles, skills, team structures, and operating models, translating insights into practical workforce strategies.
AI Enablement & Workflow Transformation
Ability to identify opportunities to improve workflows, decision-making, and employee effectiveness through AI-enabled tools, automation, and emerging AI agent solutions. Partners with leaders to translate AI capabilities into practical business applications that create measurable value.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Enterprise Influence
Operates as a trusted advisor across organizational boundaries, building strong partnerships with HR, Digital, IT, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Commercial, and functional leaders. Influences decision-making through credibility, data-driven insights, and thoughtful consultation in a highly matrixed environment.
Business Impact & Continuous Improvement Orientation
Anchors recommendations in delivering measurable business outcomes, including productivity, workforce effectiveness, employee experience, organizational agility, and operational performance. Applies a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities, scale successful practices, and accelerate adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
Executive Presence & Thought Leadership
Communicates complex concepts with clarity and confidence, tailoring messages to diverse audiences ranging from frontline teams to senior executives. Creates alignment during periods of change, fosters productive dialogue, and serves as a credible advocate for workforce transformation and enterprise AI enablement.

Education
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field strongly preferred.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least June 16, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $210,528.00 - $328,950.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
