Job Description

Friendly and fast-paced, Washington, DC Based boutique Divorce & Family Law Firm seeks Charismatic Intake Coordinator/Sales Specialist and Admin Assistant to join our fun, family-oriented team!  This is a Remote Position and a wonderful opportunity for growth, career advancement and stability.  (Part-Time available).  If you're friendly, personable, tech savvy and embrace a strong work ethic, then this is the position for you!  We believe in investing in our people and ensuring that you're growing as you add value to the firm.

DUTIES:
  • Manage Client Intake and Sales
  • Schedule Paid Consultations Daily
  • Serve as Lead Intake Specialist
  • Nurture Leads by Following Up with Consults
  • Send Retainer Agreements
  • Follow-up with Client Retention in Progress/Answer any Questions
  • Facilitate Client Onboarding Process
  • Confirm/Collect Payments for Consultations and Retention
  • Set-up New Client Files and Update
  • Enhance Client Happiness Metrics
  • Manage Firm Calendar
  • Calendar all deadlines
  • Manage CEO’s Calendar
  • E-Filing
  • Serve as Liaison between Client and CEO
  • Communicate with Clients/Update Client Portals
  • Handle Routine Online Mailings
  • Enter Expenses Report
  • Other Administrative Tasks as Necessary

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • Minimum 1 full year of experience in SALES, law firm experience a plus
  • Associate Degree or more
  • Experience handling high volume client intake
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Tech Savvy
  • Typing skills 60+ WPM
  • Excellent organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in English Language
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to providing high-quality service
  • Friendly, cheerful and positive disposition
